Support for placement_group

Describe the Feature

Terraform aws_instance support placement_group - (Optional) Placement Group to start the instance in.

Expected Behavior

This module doesnt have that option.

Use Case

Cluster placement groups are recommended for applications that benefit from low network latency, high network throughput, or both, and if the majority of the network traffic is between the instances in the group.

Describe Ideal Solution

Mulitple ec2 requiring low latency between them
