what

  • aws_s3_bucket resource now supports AWS provider v4.
  • cloudposse/codebuild/aws module is dependent on this PR
  • Only when the above PR is accepted, this PR is valid.

why

  • aws_s3_bucket does not comply with AWS provider v4.
  • So I upgraded the s3 resource.
