Missing .Values.cluster.env in cluster chart v0.3.1

Hello, Thanks a lot for the great work you’re doing with CloudNativePG, it’s an excellent project, and I really appreciate your efforts! It looks like the latest released version of the cluster chart (0.3.1) is not aligned with the current state of the repository. Specifically, the .Values.cluster.env section is missing in 0.3.1, which prevents setting environment variables for cluster resources.

Could you please release an updated version that includes this section?
