Missing helm chart releases for cloudnative-pg operator

hi @itay-grudev,

Latest versions of CNPG were released on 23.12.2024 (v.1.23.6, v.1.24.2, v.1.25.0) but latest helm chart for 1.24.x which is v.0.22.1 has appVersion v.1.24.1.

Is it possible to release helm chart every CNPG release so appVersion will be increased and chart upgrades will be much simpler?
