Support Kubernetes Federation

Do you support creating a database cluster that spans multiple Kubernetes clusters? For example, a scenario where each availability zone or region has its own Kubernetes cluster but they all need to access the same database, with the possibility of fail-over transfering the master across clusters.

Is this on the roadmap?
