Cannot import from @cloudinary/ng in v2.1.2

New issue for cloudinary/frontend-frameworks

Before proceeding, please update to the latest version and test if the issue persists

@cloudinary/ng

Describe the issue in a sentence or two.

@cloudinary/ng works great in 2.1.1 but is not available for us in 2.1.2.

Steps to reproduce

Upgraded to 2.1.2

This relates to #255 , a sympton of the same problem.

this was fixed, please download latest version from https://github.com/cloudinary/frontend-frameworks/tags and let us know if you still see the issue.
