[Feature] disableRemotePlayback

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Introduce an ability to set disableRemotePlayback on underlying video html element. This will allow the user to opt-out of showing a 'cast video' button overlay - which can be desirable for background videos on websites.
