[Bug] Image does not update to a newer version

Describe the bug

When I replaced an image with a newer version and deployed it in Netlify, the image was not updated to Cloudinary, and the old version was served.

Is this a regression?

No.

Steps To Reproduce the error

1. In a site, replace an image with a new version, keeping the same file name.
2. Deploy the site to Netlify with properly configured netlify-plugin-cloudinary
3. Navigate to the website
4. The old version of the image is served. Cloudinary media library also shows the old version of the image

Expected behaviour

The new version of the image is synced to Cloudinary and served on the website.
