[Example] Flutter - Uploading Videos

Hi @colbyfayock ,

I noticed there isn't any example regarding uploading videos to Cloudinary with Flutter. I'd like to contribute by creating an example that demonstrates how to upload videos using the Cloudinary Flutter SDK. Can I work on that?
