where can I download the lastest manager's resources package?

I see in the manager-blueprints the current package url points to http://repository.cloudifysource.org/cloudify/16.12.1/release/cloudify-manager-resources_16.12.1-community.tar.gz Seems that does not contain the latest cloudify compoments. So where can I download the package for version for the latest tag like m15/rc1?
