Chrome for iOS flicker

When you scroll (start scrolling or change scroll direction), the background of the off canvas menu flickers white

This exists both in the hosted demo & within my project. Does not exist in Safari.

@dustinhorton Whoa, that's annoying!

Unfortunately, I'm not sure what the cause might be just yet... I hope it's not something mysterious like a web-view regression in iOS 7. :confused:

@tylersticka Yes sir. I was actually able to...'fix'...it by setting the background of the body to the same as that of the off canvas menu (dark grey in my case), but seems hacky.

@dustinhorton That's good to know... if we can't figure out a fix that doesn't make our skin crawl, we can at least document a potential solution in the README.
