Add some additional transitions

I'm going to fork this and start working on some of these, but I thought I'd pass them along to you, too. Might be neat to add an effect option and have some of these in there.

Wow, I am a terrible open source contributor in that I let this issue fall by the wayside so long ago.

I think this is a really neat idea.

Yeah I'd love to implement them in a way which meant they didn't break in older browsers. It should be possible with fallbacks, modernizr and conditional stylesheets, right? :)
