Documentation of https://cli.cloudfoundry.org/en-US/v8/ is outdated

I think it should be useful to update https://cli.cloudfoundry.org/en-US/v8/ web site. Currently the latest update is 2021-09-16. For example, there is a missing parameter for https://cli.cloudfoundry.org/en-US/v8/run-task.html (the -l parameter for log rate limit for tasks).

Hey @tremblaysimon thanks for raising this, this is a known issue and yes its very out of date. We're trying to figure out what to do with this documentation, either update it or remove it.
