Describe the bug I have bosh director installed on vmware tanzu operations manager. I am trying to upload

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior (example):

  1. Deploy a bosh director 2.10.16-269 on vmware tanzu ops manager
  2. Upload cloud foundry - nginx 1.19.0 with bosh upload-release command

Expected behavior The release must be uploaded and visible under bosh direcctor.

Could you run nmap --script=ssl-cert.nse -p 443 bosh.io from the bosh director? Would be interested in the output.

Which stemcell version are you using for the bosh director? (bosh env). Asking because in the issue linked above they were running a really old stemcell.
