Missing DigestStream in Crypto Type

AFAICT there should be a DigestStream in the class def

Specifically crypto.DigestStream appears to be missing. Adding DigestStream: typeof DigestStream; to Crypto seems to resolve the issue.

Running into this issue as well — I'm trying to use it but getting We encountered an internal error. Please try again. (10001) as I don't understand what is returned by the undocumented interface.

This appears to have been fixed since https://github.com/cloudflare/workers-types/pull/232.
