Would bumping to zod 4 be a breaking change? If not, I'll do so

@GameRoMan Unfortunately I think it might be a bit tricky to bump to v4 since we export some zod schemas from Miniflare. Would bumping to v4 change how end users interact with those imports substantially?

Yes, if the schemas themselves are exported, it might be a breaking change
