[Feature] support for images binding

Description

It doesn't appear the Images binding is supported in workers-rs yet.

An older ticket was created for this and closed without resolution: https://github.com/cloudflare/workers-rs/issues/717

Feature requests are always welcome. Platform completeness will still take a little while here unfortunately. The best way to ensure support sooner is to post a PR, always happy to review.
