Cloudflared access login/curl failing

I tried to access an API that I set up, through cloudflared access login <url> or cloudflared access curl <url>. Either way, I only get back the following response, failed to find Access application at <url>

I followed the tuts here.

Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong here. Thanks.

I'm having the same problem on a mac and linux machine. Any way to debug this or workarounds?
