💡Support MASQUE as cloudflared protocol (transport)

Describe the feature you'd like Support MASQUE as cloudflared protocol (transport) in addition to QUIC and HTTP/2.

Describe alternatives you've considered At the moment if one wants to route using MASQUE, one has to send traffic to WARP Connector which adds complexity.
