cloudflared Support build from source on risc64

On which platform did you test this? I am trying this on Milkv Duo S running Debian. I gave up due to dependency hell

@pramodhrachuri It was kind of easy for me. Just build a forked Go from Cloudflare with official riscv Go and then use that Go to build cloudflared. I was using VisionFive2. Took an hour to build. So, I'd rather not to build this on Duo S.

However, at this time, we’re only able to ensure proper support and thorough testing for the architectures we officially maintain. Supporting additional platforms would require ongoing resources and testing infrastructure that we currently don't have in place.
