The current worker bindings do not have support for the Worker AI Binding

Use cases

Allows us to programmatically configure Workers with AI enabled via IaC solutions such as Pulumi

Potential cloudflare-go usage

Develop Workers AI application following DevOps infrastructure as code principle.
