Copy to Clipboard should remove preceding `$`

Actual Behavior

Copy clipboard button yields: $ npm create cloudflare@latest

Expected Behavior

Copy clipboard only copies the command, so it can be pasted: npm create cloudflare@latest

Additional information

Should also handle multiline commands where each line may start with $
