Is this crate still "undergoing a restructuring"?

Boringtun is currently undergoing a restructuring. You should probably not rely on or link to the master branch right now. Instead you should use the crates.io page.

The note was added a bit over a year ago and it looks like there have been release(s) from the repository since. Is it still relevant?

Nord's fork fixed a rekey timeout issue. Would it be better to wait until after restructuring to submit an equivalent PR?
