I got this internal server error for only one agent out of a few thousand. I am not so sure why, is there a way to decode this?

@kentcdodds @nicksrandall in my case, I was using this sql schema migration lib and often times something was wrong (a typo for schema declarations, or just failed migrations). im sure its different than you guys, but just a heads up

Error seems to be coming from this code block in the cloudflare/partykit library.

I checked our log and for 2 exactly same calls to the above url, one fails with the error while the other succeeds:

This fails:

The only difference between the two is the traceparent id. Leads me to believe some internal issue on the code hosted at http://dummy-example.cloudflare.com.
