Cache should NOT be purged when permanently deleting posts from Trash

  • [X] I have replicated my issue using the latest version of the plugin and it is still present.

Cloudflare-WordPress version

4.12.6

PHP version

8.2

Expected result

Post should be deleted without purging Cloudflare cache.

Actual result

Cloudflare cache is purged again, even though cache was already purged when the post was soft deleted.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Visit /wp-admin/edit.php?post_status=trash&post_type=post
  2. Permanently delete any post
