[Feature] Add .bit Support

Feature: .bit is a more secure and decentralized DNS protocol You can view their Github page here: https://github.com/namecoin/

Considering the https://1.1.1.1/ website is purely privacy and security focused, you should really consider adding .bit support. OpenNic already supports .bit and many will soon.

Note: I wasn't sure to post this in cloudflare/dns or here.
