Building from debian:wheezy no longer sufficient

Build starting from debian:wheezy fails with "Import error: no module six.moves" , but ubuntu works

FWIW, development of the core framework now lives at https://github.com/clusterdock/framework/. We recently moved over to building the framework image on to of Alpine Linux to bring the file size down by almost 50%.
