Removing Udemy and Jetbrains as they don't provide certificates on free plans or free courses (anymore?)

Some of the others don't offer certificates either. Perhaps they should be left for those seeking free courses?

Indeed, ideally could be some column like 'benefits' or something.

We may also include SANS https://www.sans.org/mlp/cybersecurity-training-community/ free community sources. You can earn some CPE after completing free CC for example.

I agree, a benefits column would be an improvement on the list.

Why don't you add it in a new pr? It seems useful from the browsing I've done.

This repo is all about free certifications. So, if a provider doesn't provide any sort of cert of completion or a badge anymore, then it should be moved to the Expired-Offers.md file.
