Pause/Edit/Resume Shovel

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be nice to have more control over a shovel, being able to pause/resume the shovel and also being able to edit the shovel.

Describe the solution you'd like an endpoint that pauses/resumes a shovel from shovelling messages. And an interface that allows you to update and edit the information on a shovel.
