[REPO SYNC] Merge pull request #9 from cloudalchemy/superq/more_updates

One or more files which should be in sync across cloudalchemy repos were changed either here or in cloudalchemy/skeleton. This PR propagates files from cloudalchemy/skeleton. If something was changed here, please first modify skeleton repository.

@SuperQ , not sure how this skeleton branch works, but it overwrote a new change to circleci, which added "no_output_timeout: 60m". That's when a step doesn't have visible output in 5-10 minutes, circle believes it failed. So, it's safer to add "no_output_timeout: 60m" to certain long running steps. It was required, during testing yesterday.
