Bug: User experiencing error adding github account

A user reported trying to add a github account but it fails:

• The error shows up prior to filling in information in the pop-up window to grant access
• The access to pages-production in their github applications is correctly granted.
• Admin panel shows TokenError: The code passed is incorrect or expired.
• Prior to the error, a successful authentication event is logged (User authenticated, with the correct user and token)
