Epic: Product Communications Maturity

This is about better earning the trust of our current & prospective users.

The opportunity: What does a more mature Pages product experience look like? What can we do to build trust and confidence in our product? How can we bring customers to us and deeper into the product?

Our approach & outcomes: Mature and unify the way we present Pages to customers, so that we can make a more compelling case for moving to Pages and build customer trust, enthusiasm, and satisfaction.

- [ ] Review existing customer feedback and recent product communications to identify current comms challenges & improvements to make
- [ ] Collect existing design & voice/content guidelines, update as needed and publish (OMB guidance suggests /brand) == identify the goal for how we want customer <--> product relationship to feel
- [x] Audit current site content & identify best areas to update first, then improve them (replace 18F mentions, homepage, pricing page, 21C IDEA page, etc)
- [ ] Identify & map all points where a potential or currect customer interacts with cloud pages, particularly new users & funnel (intake form)
- [x] Design, code, and upload HTML email template that can be used across CRMs
- [ ] Design and begin drip campaigns to increase customer interaction in app
- [ ] Build content calendar (schedule comms for newsletters, big updates, release notes, etc) -- with updated branding, voice & tone, etc -- work towards customer/product comms goals
- [ ] Develop and employ a basic sales & marketing strategy to increase customer understanding, satisfaction, growth, begin tracking progress with key metrics
- [ ] Videos and docs to streamline onboarding and cover Platform features?
- [ ] Make our 11ty site template themable (colors, images)
- [ ] Automate Sandbox Automation for Federal Email accounts
