Admin interface visual contrast shortcomings

There is insufficient visual contrast in some of our important indicators (build states, site types, etc. — generally the white text on colored background elements) which could be corrected by simply modifying the colors chosen.

Examples:

• White on green "Provisioned" labels on the Domains page
• White on green "Success" labels on the Builds page
• Various white on green, white on orange, and white on blue indicators on the Sites page

The green, orange, and blue backgrounds could be darkened just enough to achieve minimum contrast without other changes to the interface.

Notes

• Found during cloud-gov/product#2497 which was a spot check survey and not a thorough review of all pages and components; there may be additional issues.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] WAVE scan of admin interface pages no longer reports contrast errors.
