Easier in-app support workflow for users
User Story
When users want to get help, they have to find their way to emailing federalist-support and know (or read the Contact page for) the information we need to help look into their issue. When a user is already in the application, and/or looking at a specific build, all the information we want to see is available, perhaps we can add a way for a user to initiate a support request from inside the application.
This could still end up in federalist-support, but we would more easily be able to ensure that all the info we want is there.
Consider evaluating along with better support options/forms for non-users.
Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] provide guidance on how to raise a support inquiry form within Federalist build
- [ ] Ask user did their build pass/fail locally?
- [ ] direct them to provide relevant information in support request
- [ ] Deploy to federalist.18f.gov
