Mapping who cloud.gov customers are

We want to get a better sense of who the cloud.gov customers are and what they are looking for from the site.

Possible ideas:

• Talk with @jessykacastillo about who she talks with
• Listen in on partner calls
• Listen in on cloud.gov office hours (Tuesday afternoons, a more technical audience)
• Talk more with cloud.gov staff, prospective customers and current customers
