Update gitleaks install action

This changeset updates the install action to install gitleaks via Homebrew now instead of directly from source.

Changes proposed in this pull request

  • Replace the install steps with a brew install gitleaks

Security Considerations

  • We need to make sure that we can continue running our caulking scripts properly with the latest supported tooling for our security compliance and auditing requirements.
