Can it auto close issues where an agent posted the last message after some time?
I think that would be very good. If the user is waiting for agent response and it is closed I believe the user might not be so happy.
Is it possible with current implementation?
On the system I have this on, we set it for Resolve to Close only. If a ticket is open, we do not use the auto close just for the purpose you mentioned.
