Ticket creator not getting email reply for the closure of the ticket

I have configured your plugin Ticket Closer on OsTicket v1.14.1 (f1e9e88), the ticket is been auto closed by the plugin and I can also see the canned reply in the ticket. However, email to the ticket owner is not sent. This is my Ticket Closer setting.

Are you getting any error messages in your logs?

Where should I check the logs? I see no error in the System logs under SCP.

Can you please reply? Ticket creator is still not getting any email for auto closure ticket. There is no logs generated in System Logs under admin panel.

My server environment: Windows Server 2012 64Bit IIS 8.0 MySQL 5.5.39 PHP 7.1.33 Email fetch setup is done via a batch file in task scheduler to fetch emails every 5 mins.

Your plugin closes the ticket properly in the ticketing system, the only problem is the ticket creator doesn't receive any email for the same.
