Throttling Logging Messages

We're using spyglass in production now, and it's been great. One minor issue though is the amount of INFO and WARN messages going in to the logs. Granted, we'd like to see the warnings about node distribution and the like, but what is the best way to tweak the logging level for spyglass. I've looked in the docs but couldn't find any mention of it.

Apparently, Spymemcached has its own logging façade. I'd need to investigate how to configure log level without using system properties.

I've added an initial version of a function that would set log level for the JDK logger. However, looks like it's not enough.
