Make useable in clojurescript?

Any plans for making route-one usable in clojurescript? It would be nice to have one definition of routes that could be used on both server and client.

@hugoduncan we are open to using cljx like we do for Validateur, however, I use next to no ClojureScript so there's little motivation for me to work on this. Feel free to submit a PR :)
