Flesh out Resources page with context

The Resources page might read better with more text, instead of being a plain list of links.

One source of inspiration might be Python's Beginner's Guide, which provides context for each link and each section.

I made another list of clojure learning resources: https://gist.github.com/ssrihari/0bf159afb781eef7cc552a1a0b17786f. Adding this here as a reference for someone (even future me) looking to pick this up. There's also a list of other such lists at the bottom of the gist. Would be nice to collate these on the site.

Not sure what's an effective way to remove opinions but still keep the summary valuable.
