Create clomacs server to operate with different mixed Elisp-Clojure Emacs extensions from one nREPL.

https://joker-lang.org/ joker-lang (clojure).. that's start-time so fast. . I originally looked at your clomacs project 3 or 4 years ago, (but recently I started clomacs. sorry ^,.^;; ) . my purpose To CLI mine (made clojure code). I should have started earlier.
