Description of Changes

Time query compilation + execution. Closes #668

It should be. However, I don't know the behaviors of control-db.

Updating after conversation with @jsdt. We are not going to charge for this in the spirit of keeping our SKUs simpler. We will only charge for query execution, not compilation. Doc for SKUs:
