Misleading Cursor instruction for non-windows users

https://github.com/clockworklabs/SpacetimeDB/blob/master/docs/.cursor/rules/spacetimedb.mdc contains the instruction, "You're executing commands in Powershell..."

That gets copied into my project when I run spacetimedb init, and it's confusing my copy of Cursor because I'm not using Windows.
