Create installation instructions for Mac OS for `cached_list`

Once https://github.com/cljoly/telescope-repo.nvim/discussions/13 is solved, we should be able to add installation instructions in the Readme to make the cached_list command work.

Feel free to take part to the discussion if you have trouble using cached_list on Mac OS
