Marginalia does not appear to produce correct output for domina 1.0.4
I added the plugin to domina's project.clj file lein marg produces:

Subprocess failed
Updating clojure to version 1..5.1 in project.clj, (to match marginalia) rebuilding, and then re-doing lein marg succeeds, but the resulting file does not correctly display all the code. The (very large) uberdoc file is at https://gist.github.com/jdeisenberg/e06e4bb450dc588e72e8

Is it possible to host the uberdoc, or take a screenshot of the rendering, and point out what is missing? It's hard to see what the problem might be from the raw HTML.

There's a (defn xpath...) in xpath.cljs that doesn't get indexed, for example.
In domina.cljs, these are some of the functions that don't appear to have been indexed:
