current text in clipboard in rich text

version 1.1.5 - Windows 10 x64

I have noticed many times that the copied text was always in rich text after a "paste" in an application.

1 / from the internet browser, or another application, I copy rich text.

2 / if I do not open Clipto to select the text again (which is already enabled for "paste") 3/ pasted text is not in raw format (not removes rich formatting from text)

there should be an option to automatically removes rich formatting from text.

and another option, with a keyboard shortcut to paste text into unformatted raw text.

@franco27 Are you sure that this behaviour exists on your platform? We do not use rich text now and any copied information should be available as plain text.

Could you send an example of web resource where I can reproduce it.

Thanks!

Hello Yes, I have copied text from these links.

https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichCodeArticle.do;jsessionid=912B3CE55F535B50094552B3C5EC30B8.tplgfr32s_3?idArticle=LEGIARTI000032226826&cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006069565&dateTexte=20190830&categorieLien=id&oldAction=&nbResultRech=

Or

https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichCodeArticle.do;jsessionid=912B3CE55F535B50094552B3C5EC30B8.tplgfr32s_3?idArticle=LEGIARTI000032226828&cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006069565&dateTexte=20190830&categorieLien=id&oldAction=

and directly pasted into the Nimbus Note software. (https://nimbusweb.me/note.php) The text formatting has been kept. And Clipto was of course activated.

I used the command CTRL + V

Have checked it. Now when Clipto is tracking the clipboard it does not modify the text that was copied, it just listens for clipboard changes and saves it in the app (now as plain text without formatting because now we do not support other formats).

As I understand, your suggestion is to add an ability to the app to modify the copied text in the clipboard before it is pasted to other apps?

I had a problem because after copying the text, the pasted text was always in rich text with the formatting of the website.

We will check what can be done from the side of the app to solve the problem. Thanks!
