Overlay for clipto won't go away

Please help me find the setting to make the clipto overlay go away. It's already a persistent notification. I'm good with that. Since my phone upgraded to one UI 4 a few days ago I cannot get it to go away. Every screen no matter what and it does nothing. Long press short press nothing. Thanks!
