Can you provide NOTEEVENTS.csv?

Looking at the MIMIC website https://mimic.mit.edu/, it's not entirely clear how to get the CSV data that is used for training the fasttext model. Can you provide the file NOTEEVENTS.csv or more instructions on how to get that CSV?
