  • resolve code rot since 2018
  • pin dependency versions via poetry (note that this doesn't mean publishing to PyPI... yet? :wink:)
  • add a demo script :woman_shrugging:

Been ready for review for some time now. Once I've implemented any corrections you suggest during code review, this branch should be good to be merged into your cp_update_api branch, and that branch into master then.
